Reservations
Hotel room reservations can be made online directly with The Barclay by clicking NCHELP/EFC Student Loan Legal Meeting, or by calling1-800-327-0200 and providing the group code GA2. In order to obtain the reduced room rate of $249.00 plus tax (14.75%) plus a $3.50 Occupancy Fee on standard rooms, you must make your reservations by July 2, 2012. Please be sure to tell the reservation agent that you are attending the NCHELP/EFC Student Loan Legal Meeting. Once the room block is full or after July 2, 2012 (whichever comes first) room reservations are subject to availability and price change. In addition to the meeting dates, The Barclay New York will offer the same group rate for dates beginning August 2, 2012 through August 10, 2012, subject to availability. A charge of $16.95 per day for in-room internet will be available for all hotel guests.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 p.m. Hotel reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If complete cancellation of an individual reservation takes place within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room revenue will be charged with the exception of a personal or medical emergency where verification can be provided.
Attire Dress for the meeting is business casual.

Registration NCHELP and EFC are offering a special Early-Bird registration fee of $450.00 for those registering on or before July 9, 2012. After July 2, 2012, the registration fee will be at the full rate of $600.00. To save, please register on or before July 9, 2012 on the EFC or NCHELP websites. You may also send the registration form via fax - 202-822-2142.
Cancellation All cancellation requests must be made in writing to NCHELP or EFC. Full refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made on or before July 15, 2012. Requests made after July 15, 2012 and before August 1, 2012 will receive a 50 percent refund; any requests made after August 1, 2012 are not eligible for a refund even if the registrant does NOT attend the conference.
