Note: To date this version of the testing tool has not had the benefit of extensive industry testing. Users who encounter file errors when using the tool should confirm that they agree with the tool’s ruling. For comparison purposes, the Delphi version of the tool is available  in the Archived Tools collection. If there is a question as to the appropriateness of an edit (or a lack of an edit), an issue should be opened for review. Issues may be reported via the SOC Issue Reporting Form

The .net 2.0 Framework installer file is over 22MB in size and could take a significant time to download depending on your connection. You only need this file if your PC is not currently running .net 2.0 services.
